Kitchen Cabinet Makeover Tips
[ MUSIC ] When we were planning our spending budget makeover, I needed to make our own money go as far as it are able to. And the countertops were 1950s, laminate, like that formica countertop that was just so dated. And pummelled, and ugly. And the back- splash was the same material. One of the things I wanted to do, had been to give it a modern look. Lumber Liquidator’s has Walnut butcher block out counter top, and it’s a nice two inches thickness. It’s really inexpensive, it can such a bang for your buck. And this butchers block is super, super long lasting. I mean you have to, yes, maintain this, but you also have to maintain marble. You also have to maintain granite. I find the dark walnut counter because it functions really well with the black matte equipment within the kitchen and this dark pine really adds a richness into it.
But I think this adds associated with like a modern, a modern take to the farm kitchen. So when you’re doing all of your make over, do your homework. Especially when you are picking out your counter tops. There are numerous options out there at great reasonable prices..
